"A good movie is three good scenes and no bad scenes."

(WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD)
As you see from this post's quote a good movie is a combination of good scenes and no bad scenes. And some things that make a scene good, are characters, screenplay, cinematography soundtrack, and many more things. However, for this movie, the most important factor was the characters as we have seen many characters from 3 different Spider-Man movie series. And all of these characters are great written and using nearly all the main characters in the previous Spider-Man movies seems like a big gamble. However, the thing is that there is nearly no risk at this gamble, as it is nearly impossible to make a bad action movie with all of these characters. So, I think it wasn't a big success to make this movie good. But, there is a difference between good and great. And Spider-Man: No Way Home was surely a great movie (maybe the best MCU movie) because of these characters' usage in the movie.

3 Peter, 1 Spider-Man
Our favorite Spider-Man is Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man, however, I can't say his Spiderman-Man was the perfect one. Neither Andrew Garfield's nor Tom Holland's one was the perfect Spider-Man. But, when you combine these 3 different Spider-Men, you get the nearly perfect Spider-Man compared with the comics' Spider-Man. However, you can't combine this three-character as they are individual characters, right? Before, watching the movie I thought so. Then I watched the movie and I felt like I watched only 1 Spider-Man. I believe the reason behind this is the Spider-Man character, as a comic book character it is well-written. That's why when you see 3 different Peter Parkers, you automatically see them as 1 character. Also, the acting of Tobey, Andrew, and Tom makes the Spider-Man character even better. The feeling of watching 1 perfect character portrayed by 3 successful actors was entertaining.

All The Cool Villians
Normally, the audience needs to "don't like the villains", but the villains in Spider-Man: No Way Home, was super cool. Although he was a little bit old, I remembered that Dr. Octopus is one of the coolest guys in movie history. Also, as there were many villains from the previous Spider-Man movies, I thought that we will not see deep and meaningful villains. But, even the Lizard (because he had a tiny role in the movie) had a meaningful background story in the movie. As all of the villains were previous characters, we knew their story before this movie, but still, there were great moments where the movie focused on villains briefly.
Yes, I enjoyed watching cool villains in the movie but the thing I liked about this movie's approach to the villains was that neither of the villains was that evil. Every villain had an innocent side. And this way the main conflict wasn't Spider-Men vs Villians, it was Tom Holland's Spider-Man's inner conflict. It was impressive for MCU to use an inner conflict as the main conflict rather than using the classic MCU formula: Protagonist(s) vs. Antogonsit + Useless Drama multiplied by tons of meaningless action (I like MCU movies, but some of them use the same formula which started to be boring.)
Dr. Strange
Dr. Strange didn't appear in the movie that much, however, Benedict Cumberbatch portrayed his character perfectly as always. To be honest Dr. Strange doesn't have any difference compared to the "Dr. Strange" movie, but I just wanted to say: HE IS AWESOME.

Peter 1
Tom Holland is a good actor and he was always an above-average actor for me, but in this movie, he played really well for a superhero role. Of course, MCU's other actors are also really successful and I am not making a ranking here, but for a superhero role, he played really realistic. Other than Tom Holland's acting, the Peter 1 character finally became a whole character with his personality, emotşons, thoughts, and meaning in the movies. The screenwriters did a great job writing the new Spider-Man (Although Tobey is still my favorite). And as I mentioned in the villains part, we don't see a classic protagonist vs. antagonist conflict, there is the deep inner conflict of Peter 1. Also, the ending was not a usual ending and it made the movie more impressive with Tom Holland Peter's inner conflict coming to an end.
Besides the soundtrack, cinematography visual effects, sound effects, and all the other features in a movie, the thing that made Spider-Man: No Way Home a great movie for me was its characters and the screenplay written for the characters. Seeing all the epic characters of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man movies together in Tom Holland's Spider-Man's universe, there was an exciting environment in the movie and when the screenwriters and the director combined all these characters with a well-written screenplay a great movie formed. Of course, you can't expect the meaningfulness of a drama's screenwriting but No Way Home had a really meaningful screenplay compared to other superhero movies. And surely, this movie was more than just an entertaining superhero movie.
If you want more high-quality superhero movies, here are some recommendations (Note: We only put 1 Spider-Man, but all of them are good.);
